DIY KIT Process

  • Finely chop the onion, tomato, jalapeño, coriander, and green chilli before starting.
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, & scoop the soft part into a mixing bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash the avocado until soft and creamy.
  • Add the chopped onion, tomato, jalapeño, coriander, and green chilli to the mashed avocado.
  • Squeeze half a lemon into the bowl, then add salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes.
  • Mix everything together while keeping a slightly chunky texture.
  • Toast the bread slices on a tawa or toaster until golden and crispy.
  • Spread the guacamole mixture evenly over each toasted bread slice.
  • Drizzle a few drops of olive oil on top just before serving, if desired.
