DIY KIT Process

  • Coat the tofu in olive oil. Then season with salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and oregano. Sear the tofu until it develops a light color.
  • Chop all the vegetables like capsicum, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, broccoli and corn and add them in a pan.
  • Now add salt and black pepper on vegetables, and then lightly toss them together.
  • Cut lettuce and place all the vegetables in a large bowl.
  • To make the dressing, mix yogurt with garlic, mustard paste, and honey. Add black pepper, salt, and a bit of lemon zest. Mix everything well, then pour it over the salad.
  • Toss the salad to combine, and enjoy it.
